AUTHOR GUIDELINE
The full length papers will be limited to four A-4 pages (IEEE
Proceeding format) which will be published in the form of proceedings.
Please send a soft copy of your un-published manuscript in prescribed
format to ncacd.hit@gmail.com.
The submission must be anonymous without author name(s),
affiliation(s), acknowledgements, or obvious references. Papers must
not have been published, accepted for publication, or presently be
under consideration for publication elsewhere. All papers submitted to
the conference will be reviewed by the experts in relevant areas and
reviews will be forwarded to the authors.
